My view at therapy today. Don’t worry. I didn’t get stuck. They used the needle to extract the Cortisone and then put it on a patch on my wrist.

Kerri, I so appreciate you! And said daughter will also be getting married in just about 8 weeks. YIKES! I cannot believe it. Where does the time go. They grow up too fast!
