Photo-a-day: {July 5 – July 11}

How did you do this past week in your photo challenge?  I didn’t do as well as last week.  I had a couple of “late posts” but I challenged myself to take the photo, no matter how late.  If you would like to join in on the fun, here are the prompts (thank you fatmumslim for creating this photo challenge every month)!

Here is what I captured this week.  I will say I’ve been a little intimidated by some fabulous photos I’ve seen.  But I will not give up.  I hope to be more creative this week.

This is what was on my floor behind my desk at work on this day.

Sorry for the poor picture quality.  But I was in a dark theater and realized I had forgotten to take the picture.

A picture of a friend’s garden. I couldn’t grow a garden to save my life.

My beautiful daughter and I having a gourmet lunch after church.

My daughter’s “BIG” garage sale pile.  She is hoping to score some serious cash on Saturday.

A painting I did a while back with a few of my favorite colors.  It’s titled “The Kingdom and the Glory”.

This letter hung in my daughter’s old room. It’s the first letter of her name.  When she married and moved out, my youngest daughter just couldn’t part with it.  She refers to this as “Awesome” or “Amazing”.

Now it’s your turn.  Link up below.  I can’t wait to see what you’ve captured.

    • Hey Kristine, thanks so much for stopping by my little space. I don’t have many “in real life friends” stop by, so I truly appreciate it! I hope you will visit again.
