Here we are in week two of the August photo-a-day challenge. Thanks to fatmumslim, we get to participate each month and show off our creativity. If you would like to join us next week, here are the prompts:
Here are my photos for this week:
Day 9 – Messy
Yes, this is my desk at work. I need to clean it, but it’s a little overwhelming.
Day 10 – Ring
I am a Lord of the Rings fan. I could watch these movies every week!
Day 11 – Purple
Although this is typically referred to as a “red onion”, the inside was screaming purple to me!
Day 12 – Spoon
Well, I didn’t have anything creative for a spoon.
Day 13 – Simple
I am really enjoying this album right now.
Day 14 – Arrow
So technically, this picture is for tomorrow (Wednesday). I didn’t have any pictures of arrows, so I pulled up this scripture verse, which is one of my favorite promises.
So now it’s your turn. Show me what you’ve got this week. Link up below and be sure to visit the person who linked up before or after you.

Girl, that is the bad thing about big desks. We fill them up.
) I agree, those should be called purple onions.
Love the Simple Devotion cover. Peaceful looking.
You will want to see my Word-FIlled Wednesday post. I shared a vision I had during soaking yesterday. So sweet.
Love ya!
Oh I can’t wait to read about your vision. Off to visit your blog!
I love seeing everyone’s Photo a Day posts and photos on Instagram but am the world’s worst about doing it! Love these shots.
Barbie, what fun pictures! They are little opening to your heart and life. Thanks for sharing and visiting with us at Jesus & My Orange Juice yesterday.
Thank you Shannon. I appreciate you stopping by!
Robyn, I totally understand. This week I only posted one of my pictures on Instagram. I feel rushed all the time to get them done. I want to get more intentional and be more creative. Thanks for stopping by!

Oh yes, I splurged that day. It was so good. The next time I have it, I will eat some for you too!
