Welcome friends, to my new space. I pray that you will feel right at home here. I am so in love with my new design. Some of you may be asking,“Why the switch?” I realize I just underwent a remodel a few months ago, but this space has kept evolving over the last year and I really wanted a design that matched the vision I had for my blog. And if you’ve been around for a while, you might remember I once had a coffee cup in my design. I decided to bring back the coffee! It is such a huge part of me! Be sure to grab the new button over on the left if you desire!
One of the things I am really excited about are my new category tags over on the right side bar under “What I write about.” I wanted an easier way for my readers and visitors to navigate my blog and I love how it turned out. You may notice a few categories that are unfamiliar to you:
Going Deeper – These are posts that I write during my deeper studies in the Word of God. They are similar to Bible or book studies.
My Life in God – This is where you will find posts about my personal journey in God, what I am learning, and all about my walk with Him.
Coffee with Him – This is new category which I am still populating. It will contain posts that are devotional in nature. They will make you want to pull up a chair and have a cup of coffee with me.
Colouring My Heart – I am most excited about this new category. This will be where I share glimpses from my journal, actual pages, as God colours my heart with the truth of His Word.
I am still working out a few tweaks but those should all be taken care of in the next few days.
I would love your thoughts. No matter how you feel about the new design, I trust that you will continue to find encouragement, strength and hope for your journey with God in this space. I thank you all so much for continue to bless me with your presence here.

I love that you are continually growing in your blogging and updating your site. I love the way it is organized. I keep notes to see what I want to do with Heart Choices and you give me much to consider. But the first thing I eventually want to do is to move to wordpress.

it looks great barbie! i like the return of the coffee cup. a friend of mine is reading a book called coffee talk with the messiah. it sounds light and all but i guess it is pretty deep and intense. thought of you when i heard about it.
