Fresh Brewed Sundays: {Remain In My Love}

(photo source)

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.  (John 15:9-11)

To truly love God is not hard.  He says that if we obey His commands, those laid out for us in His Word, that we will remain in His love.  It’s when we stray away from the path that He’s set before us that we begin striving and detach ourselves from the Vine.  I want to remain full of His love and full of His joy.  So I will obey His Word, out of a heart of love.  It’s really that simple.

I would love for you to join me for Fresh Brewed Sundays.  This is where we share a scripture with just simple insight.  No heavy words necessary.  Feel free to use the button in your post and link up below!
